Cricket Update

This is something I am really looking forward to. In the last one year I havent played much cricket, really wanted to but was busy with a few more important things. But now I am back in Tokyo, have joined a club called Tokyo Bay but unfortunately its off season so cant do anything else other than wait for the next season to start. It will take some time though, March.... Its far. But yeah, am trying to urge Sachin (Our captain, no his last name is not Tendulkar), to organize a few matches before it starts snowing here in Tokyo.
Will be fun holding that cricket bat after such a long time, and having that leather ball in my hand will be cool. Can never forget the last match we played against Fukuoka. I still feel sorry for Ankit, sorry for running him out, but yeah, feels nice that I scored a half century in that match and took three wickets too, are you listening Sachin, let me open the bowling. I hope we can have a match with Sumudu's club and I can take his wicket.

Long Drive

Day before yesterday was fun, went for a very long drive. This was one of the best days in the last few months, had so much fun, went to a place called okutama, had a lot of fun. Is about 100 kms from Tokyo, went in the morning came back by 9, took a lot of pictures, will upload it here as soon as I can figure out how to do it as am just a few hours old on this site. If u guys get time then do go to this place, I have been to quite a few places in Japan but this was different, it really was.

This weekend dont have any plans as I am working but maan is going back to India soon so didi jiju kaku might go somewhere.

I have been here in Tokyo for some time now but still havent seen many places here so might go some where in the near future, dont know where and when though, guess am too lazy to go anywhere.

Getting Started

Hi there, hmmmm, writing a blog, was never interested in it, but last few months, I have come accross so many people who are into this, so thought why not give it a try....... Where should I start from, guess, as of now the only thing I am excited about is my job. Till last december I was not very sure what I wanna do, but in the last six months things have changed. From a management graduate to a network engineer, as I always say, four years in APU didnt help much, six months in India did wonders for me. I am learning new things everyday, and everyday I feel there is still so much to be learnt, guess am still new to networking, or should I say monitoring networks.

Tokyo Dome Job Fair

Cant forget this day, went to Tokyo dome, had this job fair, ( yeah, I was doing my job hunting at that time). Me, bhai, Jiju, didi went there, was there in the job fair for round about an hour, people at most of the stalls spoke only Japanese and too only keigo, and I didnt know even normal basic Japanese. So after an hour thought what am I doing here, so all of us just left and went to a restaurant, had fun there.

Going to pick up maan

Me and Bhai while going to Narita Airport to pick up maan. This was maan's third visit to Japan. Once again, maan will be here in Japan for three months. Now we have moved to Shinagawa, and this house is so very beautiful, and quite big too, hope maan will have fun here. And yeah, the other photo is one of my fav photo, took it infront of our house. I just love this house, it is quite beautiful and quite convinient too.
